Where can I view my profile and its status?
Your profile window is located at the top right of the screen, right after you login to the game. Your profile data includes your coin balance and experience.

How can I change my nickname?
Your screen name can be changed at any time through the 'Settings' button in the lower right corner of the main menu.
Choose the option 'Change Screen Name'
How can I change my profile picture?
You can change your profile picture at any time through the 'Settings' in the main menu.
Choose the 'Change profile image' option, and pick the avatar you would like to use. Once you are done, simply tap on the 'Set image'
button at the bottom, and your image will be replaced. Another option is to use your Facebook profile picture by tapping on the 'Facebook Connect'
button and entering your Facebook account details. Tap on 'Set image' in order to complete the process. Please note that an account linked to Facebook can only use the Facebook profile image as an Avatar image.
Can I upload my own picture?
This feature is currently not supported. However, you can use your own profile image by connecting your Facebook account to your game account, via ‘Facebook connect’.
How can I add buddies and play with them?
Connecting your Facebook account to your game account will automatically add your Facebook friends.
Select the 'Leader Board' option in the main menu screen in order to see where you are placed among them.
You can also search for other online friends by using the 'search friends' option, which is located on the first screen after pressing the 'Friends' button.
Simply enter the screen name of the friend you are looking for and add him by pressing the 'Add Friend' button.
How can I get more in-game Coins?
There are numerous ways to get more in-game Coins: to start with, you have your daily bonus. You can earn extra coins by pressing the 'earn coins' button and choosing any of our offers. Our offers include downloading other Dragonplay games, allowing Facebook permissions and more.
You can also purchase in-game Coins for real money by tapping on the 'Get coins’ buttons from the main menu. Simply tap on the amount of Coins that you wish to buy, then continue to process the transaction according to the instructions.

Where can I find my coin balance?
You can view your coin balance by looking at the top of the screen when you login to the game. You will be able to see your profile information including your rank and coin balance.
How can I get the game on my phone?
Well, that’s easy. If you have an Android based cell phone, simply go to ‘Android Market’ --> ‘Games’ --> ‘Cards & Casino’ --> ‘Slot City' - by Dragonplay --> press the ‘Install’ button and follow the instructions.
I can’t find the game on Google market
First of all; Relax. Take a deep breath and then press the ‘Search’ option, which is located in the main screen of Android Market. Start typing the game name in the text box and press the ‘Search’ button. The game should appear as the first result.
How can I disable the sounds of the game?
If you wish to play quietly, all you need to do is go to the ‘Settings’ screen, press the setting icon in the lower right corner of the menu or through the game’s Settings button on the top right bar of the game screen, and choose the ’Turn Sounds On/Off’ option.
Game keeps trying to reconnect/ not responding or freezing; what can I do?
Since this is an online game, an internet connection is necessary for playing. Start by checking your phone's network connection. Perhaps you have been disconnected and need to search for a new network. If you can’t connect through your phone provider's network, try searching for an available Wi-Fi connection. You may need to change your location in order to get better reception.
If none of the above work talk to your phone provider – they may have been experiencing disconnections in their network.
I would like to play the game on my PC; is it possible?
Do you use my details or email for spam?
